Who We Are

We are a catholic monastery of Discalced Carmelite Fathers. The Order of Discalced Carmelites is a religious order in the Roman Catholic Church. The monastery was founded in 1624 and reopened in 1994. The Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague is an important international pilgrimage place and one of the main sanctuaries of the Prague Archdiocese.
